All ground floor. Two bedrooms 1 x King Size, 2 x Double Beds (Same Bedroom). Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area, sitting area, travel cot & high chair.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private decked veranda with furniture. Extensive, communal grounds with lakes. On-site facilities include water skiing, wakeboarding, jet skiing, golf, coarse fishing, indoor heated swimming pool, gym and spa.

 

Sorry, no smoking or E-cigs indoors, or pets unless agreed in advance. 

 

On-site shop and bar/restaurant 5 mins walk (access via entertainment pass). Note: Watersports, golf incur a charge, payable on-site, swimming pool and spa subject to purchasing an activity pass on-site. Note: On-site facilities, including shop and bar/restaurant are open and available from 28th March to 3rd Nov. Nearest shop and pub during seasonal closure is in Tattershall, 15 mins walk.

 

Note: RAF base nearby - there may be some associated noise. Note: This cottage may be suitable for accompanied wheelchair users.

 

Bookings require a 50% non refundable deposit with the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival.
